Baseball Specific Training at TFI

Baseball is one of the most popular sports that strength and conditioning athletes come in for at TFI Physical Therapy & Sports Performance.  One of the main focuses for baseball training is developing a strong foundation in strength, conditioning, core stability, timing, and reaction.  The foundational baseball-specific strength and conditioning program caters to all ages and abilities.  Here is an outline of some of the specifics that the baseball program gets into.  Feel free to reach out to our trainers with any specific questions or particular areas you would like to focus on.
