Michelle Siegal
(Pilates Instructor)
Michelle is a certified Pilates instructor trained in both contemporary and classical Pilates, with a strong preference for the classical method. After sustaining multiple injuries and undergoing surgeries, Pilates was introduced as part of her physical therapy. She began practicing in 2012 and quickly experienced meaningful improvements, including reduced pain and greater ease in her everyday movement.
Inspired by these results, Michelle pursued comprehensive Pilates training and developed a deep appreciation for the classical system and its emphasis on precision, consistency, and whole-body integration. While her teaching is rooted in classical Pilates, her understanding of contemporary principles allows her to thoughtfully modify and tailor sessions to meet each client’s individual needs, abilities, and rehabilitation goals.
Michelle’s teaching style is energetic, compassionate, and grounded in safe, intentional movement. She is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and body awareness through structured, progressive work that supports long-term health and function.
Outside the studio, Michelle enjoys crocheting and staying creative with her hands. She previously played hockey, an experience that shaped her appreciation for strength, resilience, and teamwork. She is married and the proud parent of two grown children.
