Base Salary: Starting at $75,000 annually

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new patients and develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs for orthopedic and sports-related injuries
  • Guide patients through rehabilitation, discharge, and follow-up care
  • Communicate and coordinate with referring physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with billing or reporting inquiries when necessary
  • Remain compliant with all federal and state physical therapy regulations
  • Complete at least 40 hours of continuing education every two years
  • Participate in physician relationship building and community outreach initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented clinic culture
