Base Salary: Starting at $75,000 annually

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Illinois Physical Therapist license required
- Experience with relationship building and community marketing preferred
- Strong work ethic and commitment to patient outcomes and team success
- Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills
- Public speaking or community outreach experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and self-driven professional
- Advanced understanding of the musculoskeletal system with a passion for health, fitness, and sports medicine
- Ability to collaborate effectively with therapists, physicians, trainers, and administrative staff
Skills:
- Strong manual therapy and hands-on treatment techniques
- Ability to evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience creating individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs
- Relationship-building skills with patients, providers, and team members
- Knowledge of return-to-sport programming and injury prevention strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and active clinical environment
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new patients and develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs for orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Guide patients through rehabilitation, discharge, and follow-up care
- Communicate and coordinate with referring physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with billing or reporting inquiries when necessary
- Remain compliant with all federal and state physical therapy regulations
- Complete at least 40 hours of continuing education every two years
- Participate in physician relationship building and community outreach initiatives
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented clinic culture
