She is committed to helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels build strength, improve flexibility, and achieve their personal fitness goals—ultimately leading to a better quality of life. Pilates Schedule

Class Descriptions:

Beginner Reformer/Tower Class:

This beginner-focused, full-body workout uses both the Reformer and Tower to build foundational strength, body awareness, and confidence in every movement. You’ll engage deep core and stabilizing muscles to tone, lengthen, and strengthen from head to toe — all at a pace designed to support learning proper technique and alignment. Props and accessible variations keep each class fun, dynamic, and never repetitive. All levels are welcome, with cueing and progressions tailored to meet every student at their level.

Reformer/Tower Class:

This intermediate/advanced full-body workout uses the Reformer and Tower to
develop strength, control, and elevate body awareness in every movement. You
will engage deep core and stabilizing muscles to tone, lengthen, and strengthen
from head to toe, all while moving with precision and proper alignment. Props
and smart variations keep each class dynamic, challenging, and never
repetitive. All levels are welcome, with cueing and progressions tailored to
meet every student at their individual level.
