TFI Physical Therapy & Sports Performance (The FIT Institute) is a privately-owned physical therapy clinic and exclusive training facility with locations in the North Side of Chicago and in Vernon Hills that bridges the gap between rehabilitation and sports performance.

The 6,000 square foot facilities provides access to top of the line fitness and rehabilitative equipment. A premium is placed on the quality of service, cleanliness, safety, and an encouraging, family oriented atmosphere.

The vision of TFI is to have Physical Therapists and trainers work together to provide unmatched service that is paramount in assisting clients of all ages during their recovery and journey to optimal performance.
