I have been going regularly to the small group training classes at FIT Institute for 18 months and they are the most entertaining, engaging, and intense workouts I have ever experienced and I have been working out regularly for 20 years. The classes combine the intensity of a Shred or  Orange Theory with the personalized attention of individual personal training coupled with the comradery of a small group environment. Their classes are perfectly planned full body workouts that combine cardio and strength training. I highly recommend FIT if you want a super friendly workout environment that pushes you towards your fitness goals.
