Our Philosophy – Physical Therapy & Personal Training Collaboration

Here at TFI Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, we strive to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and sports performance/training.  We believe that injury prevention and efficient movement patterns are essential for everyday life and should be prioritized in your care.  When you come into TFI Physical Therapy & Sports Performance,  you will receive a comprehensive Functional Movement Assessment administered by our physical therapists.  In this assessment, we will identify your movement dysfunctions and muscle imbalances. These dysfunctions and imbalances in the body can lead to altered mechanics at our joints, setting us up for increased stress over time if not taken care of.  The therapist will communicate with your trainer what the proper corrective exercises will be to help prevent injury during your training sessions and everyday life. We believe by combining the knowledge of both our physical therapists and our personal trainers that you will get the best comprehensive care you need to maximize your health and your performance.

With state-of-the-art strength and conditioning equipment and onsite physical therapy, we offer the premier location to train, rehab, and return to the life you love to live! Our goals in personal training are to assist you in becoming the best version of you. We begin our sessions with an onsite consultation to discuss goals, lifestyle, and current exercise regimens. Then our certified personal trainers develop individual programs that address your goals and needs. Our personal trainers will be with you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals safely and efficiently.
