The FIT Institute offers Group Training courses in the Lincoln Park and North Center area!   TFI is offering new members free small group training for one week.  Our small group training has a max capacity of 8 individuals in each class. Smaller group sizes ensure each participant gets more individualized attention,which leads to improved mechanics, body awareness and a reduced risk of injury. Each session will consist of a total body HIIT circuit focusing on functional movement strengthening and can be modified for any fitness level.  Sign up now to reserve your spot!
