Complimentary Community Group Training Classes
The FIT Institute would like to give back to the community by offering complimentary group fitness classes at 9:00AM the last Saturday of every month. The sessions will be a blend of functional training mixed with high intensity interval training adjusted to accommodate ANY level of fitness. Class participants will utilize a variety of gym equipment including: Free weights, suspension straps, medicine balls, sleds, plyo boxes and more. Our trainers emphasize proper mechanics to ensure safety, maximize results & help you reach your fitness goals. 2018 Dates include: 5/26, 6/30, 7/28, 8/25, 9/29, 10/7, 11/24, & 12/29. Spots are limited to 15 people per class.
